Ok people. What are the chances of finding an Earth like planet? I think that is pretty good. I did not say chances of finding life. We only know what our life forms are like. I think we will be surprised to find life away from here will be vastly different.

I believe there is a good chance but I read a few months ago in Discover magazine that we will never be able to travel into outer space for long!!!

However, man frequently seems to achieve the impossible.

Do you know which issue that was? I haven't been reading them cover to cover lately, so I missed that one.

Sorry, I would have to search back as bad memory here. It seems like it was about 3 months ago.

Actually I am thinking more like November but as I say bad memory.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads (susannag) | 364 comments Yeah - I don't think it was December, because that's usually the roundup, and I think it was the cover article. Anyway, I think it was late last year or early this.

If you find it please let me know. I wish I kept all my Discovers in the same spot but they are scattered around. I used to get their link sent into my email but I don't seem to get it anymore.
