Regular -ar verbs congugate like this: First take off the -ar then add:

-o for the yo form -amos for nosotros
-as for the tu form -áis for vosotros
-a for usted -an for Usted

For regular ir take of the ir then:

-o for the yo form -imos for nosotros
-es for the tu form -ís for vosotros
-e for usted -en for Usted
