Geoffrey (Geoffreys) As discussed elsewhere, we're going to try a new thing where book nominations may not include authors chosen over the past 12 months. Any author nominated but not selected to read is fair game but these authors are off limits ...

Jonathan S. Harbour (jsharbour) Well that's a shame, some excellent choices remain off the list because of this quirky rule. The one good side effect is PKD will not be on the list again for at least 12 months. I read most of his stuff last fall, and concluded that he was insane, and his work is highly overrated. Ridley Scott's creative directing of Blade Runner does not mean PKD is a creative genius.

Geoffrey (Geoffreys) The rule is there because we selected Peter Hamilton two months in a row in 2012 - and it seems to work well to help keep a variety of authors in the mix .....

Jonathan S. Harbour (jsharbour) Sure, that's a good reason, I understand.

Steve Coutee (cooter) | 1 comments I was wondering if anyone has read Spinward Fringe Broadcast 0: Origins eBook by Randolph Lalonde?
