Add author names to existing book

Hello, I'm (Joel Martinez) one of the (several) co-authors of this title - Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 Magic

Was trying to get my name added to the list of co-authors, but do not have permission to do so. Here is the link to the corresponding page on Amazon where it shows my name, along with several others which are not included on this title. I'd be glad to key them in myself if I had permission ... but otherwise, an assist would be appreciated :)
