Simon (Highwayman) (highwayman) | 4276 comments I had a shock recently when I discovered that a hifi magazine I buy has a blacklist of manufacturers whose products will never get review /editorial space because they don't advertise or have upset the publisher.

I looked closely then and noticed a mediocre small hifi company was getting massive editorial coverage. Shock. Horror. It also bought advertising space.

Simon (Highwayman) (highwayman) | 4276 comments Looking back at my post I'm not sure what it has got to do with anything but I feel better getting it off my chest ;)

It's the way the world works, isn't it? If you can throw money at advertising, you are always going to be better off than those who cannot afford it

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments No, no Will, I am not a destroyer. I just play around a bit with my testers.

Jeez, if our posts were meant to have anything to do with anything, the group would be a rather empty, boring place.

Fish.
