Amazon.ca but no Amazon.com

New to goodreads. Wanted to know why i see Amazon.ca in my account but not Amazon.com? thanks

I wonder if there is a way to change that as my books will be going through Amazon.com and I would like that as an option. In this digital age it would be odd to just offer that option based on where you lived
