I've tried to look carefully and I'm pretty sure this book isn't already on goodreads. This book is in Japanese and (at least that I can find) there isn't an English translation. I gave a transliteration below though incase it's useful and so it doesn't look so confusing. I'm sorry I couldn't find better links for information.
