For me is definitely Jess. Through he made some mistakes, he changed. He fixed his life and all because Rory inspired him. And the best of this is that he inspired her too. He never stopped loving her, they are really alike but being completely different at the same which, as Rory said, make the relationship 'exiting'.

My personal favourite is Logan! I do also like Jess, but definitely not as much.
I am totally all Logan. He is the one that seem to bring Rory to life. Dean kept her stuck and Jess and her definitely seem better off as friends/cousins.
Dean has been too controlling so definitely, Logan!!!!
Jess all day. Logan literally never did it for me in any capacity. Dean was the all American guy, cute and sweet but once you get past that, boring and predictable. Jess brings the fun and adventure, more like a yin to the yang.
I was always on team Jess, but when I watched it a couple of years back I also thougt Logan was not that bad.

Any true gilmore girl stan knows that dean is automatically eliminated and the choice stands between jess and logan. After rewatching the show a few times—the PERFECT fall show and Chilton Rory makes me feel so motivated to study—I still find myself unable to make up my mind about what team I’m on. I think people sometimes get blindsighted by Jess’ bad boy rep and how appealing the idea of dating the bad boy is. The truth is, Jess was kinda mean and not a very good boyfriend to Rory. It’s like he loved the thrill of the chase more than the actual relationship. When he was trying to win her over, he was so sweet in his ways of trying to get her, but then soon i started realizing that I didn’t like how he acted or treated Rory sometimes. I guess this kinda attitude is expected with the “bad boy”, but still. He was the only one of Rory’s boyfriends that had the most in common with her. They shared a lot of common interests (most evidently their love for books) which Rory didn’t really have in the same way with Logan. I did really like Jess in the later seasons, but at that point I don’t think Rory really deserved him. They seemed to be going in very different directions. Jess grew to be much more mature and in a better place. He was ultimately the best person to put rory back in her place when he visited her after she quit yale. But at that point Rory just wasnt the same person anymore, and while Jess was greathe deserved to be with someone better than yale and DAR rory. Now, the Logan side.

I knew my intellectual homies are team Jess 🥰 Dean is an automatic no. Logan was okay, but his arrogance and preppiness definitely contributed to Rory’s character downfall.

I don't really see what people hate about Logan. He basically has the temperament and sarcastic attitude of Jess but because Logan is from money people really don't like him. I also think that Logan was a better fit for Rory than Jess by far and he really was a good boyfriend to her. Dean was such a nice guy up until the 24 hour dance marathon episode and basically got worse as seasons went by while Jess got better as seasons went by but I think without that bad boy, devil may care, attitude he just wasn't as interesting because that was a lot of his appeal. But Logan was really charming and unique to me and yes he had some privilege but I think he was trying to break free from that.
and I don't even want to speak about Logan and Rory in the revival. ( I sort of pretend that doesn't exist)
Ok, ok, after watching the entire series plus the extras, I can say that Jess was the only one who can make Rory focus again on her own life and stop her to still making hurt self. But I can't deny about how much Logan really loves her, they practically grow up together (and the end of the extras was OMG) Anyway, i love them both :)
Definitely team Jess. I feel like Jess and Rory are the definition of right person wrong time.

Definitely team jess. Before he was even there, I didn’t really like Dean.
I didn't really like any of Rory's boyfriends because they either didn't treat her right or didn't like books enough. I liked that Jess loved books but he didn't treat Rory right. I liked that Dean treated Rory right but he didn't like books. I just hands down did not like Logan.I wish Rory had dated Marty. They were so cute together! I wonder if he liked books?
So I suppose a better version of Jess. The Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life version of Jess.
