Superlibrarian please merge "Ink: A Novel" by Bob Garick Editions

For Ink a novel, only the kindle edition should exist but too many reviews to let me merge.

The history of this: author published only the kindle edition of this book. Saw lots of recent activity because was put free and popular authors were blogging about. First member to review apparently added a duplicate edition (guess did not want to wade thru all the "ink" titles) with basically no information and reviewed, made it most popular edition, so next reviewer got that one and ...

Double checked author at http://www.bobgarick.com and there's only one edition.

I put in missing information on kindle edition from his website including cover, merged the two, and tried to delete the nonspecific but popular one but already had too many reviews.
