Library or Bookstore

Library no question! I'm currently using three (sometimes four) in different cities and they are all free! I love libraries so much I've interned in two, volunteered in one and went to school for my AS in library science. Would love to go back for my MLA some day.

Well,they are good for diferent things.I usually go to the library to try out a new author or series, and the bookstore for classics and books who belong to my favorite series or authors.

Bookstores. I collect books, so I have to purchase them :)

I like bookstores and library's but if I have to chose it would be bookstore,because you actually get to own the books. most of the time I go to the libary :p

I like to buy my books nonlinear or at bookstores. I'm a collector and love to see the book on my shelf. If the cover is ugly or doesn't do the book justice (aka the Gone books) Ill by them on my kindle. I just like easy acsess to my books. And the librarians at my library are mean and snotty lol

The librarians at my library are like that too! :(

@Tori your library sounds better than mine! I think I'm really lucky because a) my library is a 5 minute walk from my house and b) they have quite a large selection of YA books and c) the librarians and the people there are really lovely and a lot of community stuff happens there, but I think even if all those things weren't true I'd still prefer the library to the bookstore if I had to choose.

That being said, my siblings do buy a LOT of books and I myself tend to buy any newly released sequels of series' I read because it takes a while to get those from the library.
