Please combine editions

Al-Qur'an with the isbn 0-691-02046-9 needs to be combined with the main Koran and the Jesus Calling Devotional New King James Bible with the isbn 978-0-7180-2771-1 needs to be combined with the New King James Bible.

I got the Quran combination, but I'm having trouble with the NKJ versions. There are too many editions and I'm not sure what is what, so I'm going to leave it for someone more familiar with the Bible's translations.
