the first part actually happened!! i was in the synagouge (it was more of a lounge, chill-out room with windows all around and you can see trough to a road...anway)
i was day-dreaming that i got shot at, ducked, and stopped the bullet from hiting a leader who was standing next to me. when i got home and *cough* was in the shower *cough* i decided to make that thingy into a book
btw, also the bon fire DID happen and i DID walk back all alone and i DID imagine men kidnapping me!!!

on the last night of camp we had a bon fire a few metres away from the main camp site. We had smores...me for the first time... a guy brought a guitar and he played songs and everyone sang them. It was so much fun... the events of the previous day seemed more like a daydream than reality... which it probably was...just a day-dream.
At the end, everybody left apart from a few leaders/counselors (we call them mads) and 4 boys who stayed behind to watch the mads put out the fire.
I was all alone on teh way back. It was dark, i could only see a little bit 'cause my eyes had adjusted to the darkness little bit. I had to be cureful 'cause there were a few puddles in the way that i could hardly see and i was afraid of destroying my shabbat shoes.
It was so dark and quiet that every tree seemed like an enemy, every branch looked like a gun so when i saw three figures dart out of the bushes up ahead i though i was just making things up.
Before a knew it someone had grabbed me from behind, covered my mouth so i wouldn't scream... not that there was anyone around within hearing distance... the three figures from before turned out to be men. One had a sack in his hands and he put it over my head. It smelt of a chemical. I begun feelingtired and dizzy. It was 12am so maybe that was it? My mind wasnt working properly. I saw stars in my eyes and before i knew it, i had fallen into a deep black whole.
When i woke up i groaned. I felt as if i had a hangover...even through i have never had a hangover in my life...i had a rageing headache and my arms felt as though they were tied so tightly it hurt to move them and my legs felt the same way. i was sitting in a chair...had i fallen asleep on it? But how did i get here?...then the events of the previous night clicked into place and i relised that i WWAS tied up...to a chair..AND blindfolded! and gagged!! my heart was raceing. Were these terrorists? the people who took me? I did go to a jewish camp!! was anyone else taken? where was i? I started hyperventilating and not being able to breath properly 'cause of the gag. Then i heard footsteps comeing towards me.
"Hello" A male voice said "Welcome to the academy of Destiny"
I raise my eyebrow despite my fears
"I am the principal of this school, you may call me Principal Mortem" He said
I mummbed something behinde my gag
"You might be wondering why i have ordered my men to bring you here, an din such a manner!"
Another inaudible responce came from me
"Well, its a top secret academy...only a select few can make it in. You are one of those people. When that bullet penetrated your skin, and because it did, you were chosen. The bullet wasn't even ment for you! It was ment for the girl that was next to you...but this shows us that destiny chooses, not us"
I recalled the bullet now. The one that i ducked and then stopped with my hand. He was wrong. If it was destiny for the bullet to hit the girl that was next to me, and i stopped it...it means that i chose my own destiny...i chose to get hit by the bullet.
"This academy is so secret that we couldn't allow anyone..not even you.. to knw where you were going! Yes, people will notice you absence...and dont worry, a person impersonated you until the end of your camp but then....you will seemingly would disappear. Yes people will search for you... but they will never find you, and soon they will give up."
My eyes went wide under the blindfold. I would never see my family again!
"Now, you must know that this place has top security and is impossible to get out of. I will soon get one of my men to show you to your dorm. It is now 3am and you will go to bed. In the morning you will one of my students. If you try to escape, we wont hesitate to kill you. If the bullet hits you, your dead, if it deosn't then detiny wants you to live, but you can't ignore your destiny. Destiny is all around us. If we try ignoreing it....well...its impossible to ignore it. Your old ways, your old name, deosn't apply here. You shall have a new identity. A new destiny. Your name will be decided by a crystal ball."
I felt him go behind me and put a cold....a freezing smooth ball into my hands. It was very big and heavy. When i touched it i felt an eletric shock gi through my whole body and reverberate inside my braina dn my very soul. My physical self felt suddenly freezing cold. My tempreture just...dropped to the ground. A name came into my head, i fel a sudden burning in my inner arm. And a new identity seared itself into my head.
Esh was in my mind. A new name. I felt that the thing that had seared itself into my arm was Esh as well. Esh in hebrew ment fire. My name, my menaing, was fire. Esh. My life hadn't started when i was born. It started here, in this room. Here, i was born.
Here i will stay.
