Hi everyone, I'm Carmel, living in Wexford. Just discovered Goodreads and am a huge fan after only a few days. Love contemporary fiction, thrillers, mysteries, even some sci Fi for good measure. Looking forward to meeting some more lovers of a good read.
I have small children so had gotten out of the habit of reading but since I got my IPad I've been devouring books again on my iBooks reader.
I'm also an author, so all things book related close to my heart.
I have to update my book shelf with all I've read. It could take days ;)

Goodreads is a great site and it has really broadened my horizons since joining. I used to read roughly 90% sci-fi, but now it's much more varied

I'm sure you'll love Goodreads. I log on at least twice a day. It can become a bit of an obsession. Especially when you find a discussion you like.
