I haven't voted yet, because I'm still researching some of these titles. I love a selection of books I'm largely unfamiliar with!
I gotta say, I'm really intrigued by Floating Worlds. It sounds like a good controversial group read, challenging and unique.. I just wish it wasn't 600 pages.... hmm.

And it's almost impossible to get Roadside Picnic. Which is a shame. I have been trying to get hold of it for months now too.
I've read the entire Mistborn trilogy recently and it is excellent. Mistborn: The Final Empireis the best. I would highly suggest it. Sanderson defines magic in a truly unique way. It's not simple point-a-wand-say-some-mysterious-words type of magic (as much as I love Harry Potter).
