The first one says:
Mass Market Paperback, 384 pages
Published December 27th 2011 by Random House Publishing Group
And the second:
Paperback, 361 pages
Published January 2012 by Bantam

Doesn't look the same to me.

Checked world cat...I think she's right...it was originally published 2011 that edition shows published January 2012, by Bantam...and Bantam is part of Random House. In process of merging.

I did check, sorry I didn't mention that Bantam seemed to be part of Random House.... that's how the site came up anyway :)
