Gale reminds me of Rolfe from Sound of Music

For some reason I keep making the comparison in my head between Gale and Rolfe. Both ultimately ended up choosing being part of a war, which they saw as a necessary revolution, instead of staying with the girl (Katniss and Liesl respectively). I know it's weird, but Gale reminds me so much of that character.
Well, I always imagined Cashmere and Gloss as Gunther and Tinka from Shake it Up.

That is an interesting comparison it had not occurred to me but I can definably see it now that you pointed it out. Maybe this was why I never liked Gale (as I never cared for Rolfe) he was more concerned with a cause than with people and had that unwavering support of something that often blinds fanatics to the whole picture. I think it is a great comparison.
