I don't think you understand. That's a book recommendation. A book request is whenever a book isn't on Goodreads, but you want it on Goodreads, so you ask somebody to add that book, and then they add it.
So you add it to Goodreads in general, or you add it to the group for discussion? :) Sorry for the bother, but I wasn't sure.

See the barcode for the ISBN/ISBN13. The publisher and publish date is on the copyright info. The description can be in your words or from the back of the book. The format is paperback, hardback, kindle edition, ebook, etc.
The ISBN is with the wrong book. I am reporting the GR Librarians about the issue.
