Just reading peoples ten best PNR authors some? about PNR and UF what do you think makes one or the other

I would say that PNR focuses way more on the romance than UF. If your main character plot revolves around a love story, then it's PNR.
I distinguish PNR from UF in the same way. UF might have a romance in it, but it takes longer to develop and is not the main focus of the story. The Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews is an example of UF. There is a romance between Kate and Curran but it's much slower to develop and does so over a period of several books. UF also tends to have one main character and you follow that same character over the life of the series. PNR tends to be a different character and a different love interest as the main focus over the course of a series. Ilona Andrews has another series On The Edge that is more PNR. Each book in the series follows a different character and the romance in the story is much more central to the plot.
This is an endless debate, but for me it boils down to this:PNR = 1 couple and their HEA per book
UF = 1 main character (usually a heroine) over a series of books who may/may not have a love interest over the series
