Yay! A District 12 girl character that isn't copying Katniss! Seriously, I am in too many HG roleplays where some noob comes along and practically makes another Katniss Everdeen with another name -.-

Personality:Since Aspen has catlike features, she is agile like a cat too! The catlikeness didnt stop there. Aspen is quick-thinking and very cunning.She is also VERY smart,because she only did school and never worked. Aspen is also a great people person and plans on using that to get sponsers.
History: Unlike other children in her district Aspen was encouraged to learn. She knows every ediable plant, and plans to use those skills to get stronger alies. Aspen's parents work in the factrories, so Aspen has to watch her little brother. Her little brother and her are like best friends. Aspen would do anything to protect him.
Skills:Able to identify poisness plants,makes strategies, and she is able to navigate anything!She can work pretty well with a knife. (Cooking:))

Personality: (Must be at least 6 sentences) He's a very charming and sweet character, though determined and successful in getting what he wants. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body, but he's not exactly innocent and easily used. He has an excellent moral compass and has a clear sense of right and wrong. Being in the games will be difficult for him, but he'll kill when necessary. He can easily charm other people but rarely uses this against them. He's a loyal person

Skills: (Must be associated reasonably with their district or history) His most surprising talent is gymnastics. His strength, flexibility and natural talent was noticed at an early age. Their district authorities removed him from his home and sent him to a training facility, with the idea of him being turned into some sort of ninja assassin in the games. This being the case, he's been well trained in oriental weapons, such as ninja throwing stars as well as samurai swords. That's not to say that he hasn't had experience with other weapons- he's trained in swordmanship, archery and with throwing knives. His upper body strength has enabled him to use cruder weapons, such as maces and axes. He can swim, and sprint, but his muscle weight makes it hard to run long distance.

Appearance: Jesse has a huge, white smile. That's his main feature, because it's almost always there. His lips are a soft pink, and his eyes a sparkling blue. His hair is light brown, and a bit long. Jesse is decently muscular, and about 5 foot 11. He has light skin, and soft features. He has a small, white scar that stands out on his collarbone. He has many other scars on his back, but he never lets anyone see those.
Personality: Jesse is a very warm person. He is kind to everyone, no matter how they act to him. Jesse has always been an honest and rather open person. He'll talk to anyone, but sometimes doesn't take the hint when they don't want to talk to him. He loves to laugh, and when he starts it's hard for him to stop. His laugh is loud and booming, easily filling up a room. Jesse loves to make people laugh and smile. You might think he's trusting, but inwardly he can be a bit sceptical of people. The one on his collarbone is from a fire poker that his father singed him with. When Jesse was 15, his father died when a new computer system his father's company was working on exploded. Jesse's mother was almost relieved not to have to deal with her husband anymore. But now she had to deal with her oldest son, Jesse. He was always angry and destructive, screaming at her and his younger siblings. But one day at school he had a reality check. The girl he was in love with, Echo, dumped him because of his monsterous personality. It was then that he realized, even though he had never punched a soal, he was just as bad as his father. In the next year, he completely turned it around. Eventually, Echo took him back. When his name was drawn for the reaping, he proposed to her, promising that if he came back, they would get married. She accepted.
Skills: Jesse is good with knowing if people are telling the truth or not. He can see right through a lie. He is also good at reading people, and calculating their personalities. Jesse is very computer smart, and rather strong. He is also very fast, but he has never encountered a weapon before.

Personality:Melody is a sweet girl. She is caring and loving and completely selfless. She would do anything for her friends and family. She is kinda shy and secretive. She keeps to herself a lot.
History:When Melody was 11 her father was killed by peacekeepers. A year later her mother killed herself. Being the eldest at 13 she was taking care of her two sisters. One being 6 and the other 2. Melody kept this from the district because if she told anyone then they would all be sent to the orphanage. At 13 she had her name in the bowl over a hundred times. She was so lucky not to be picked till now. Her best friend Alec always helps take care of her sisters and is now watching over them.
Skills:She's a great climber, sticher, runner, and she's kinda good with knives.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but is Zoe going to post in the Chariots? It's been a few days, and it seems like I'm the only one getting a little bored about it...

Appearance: Short, dark brown(almost black) hair, very neatly brushed. Round face, dark brown irises in very circular eyes, of which their roundness is amplified by his square bifocals. When an option, he wears a white button-up shirt and white jeans
Personality: Very intelligent, loves science and stuff like that. Whenever he gets access to a book about it, he sits down and reads it, over and over until the pages literally fall out. However, he is not a good student in school. He doodles about stuff that he learned about in his books, like protein chains and chemical compounds.
History: Born to a successful warehouse manager(mom) and teacher(dad), he grew up with money. Not a lot, but he wasn't starving and crossing his fingers every night for dinner. But his family came across a problem right before the reaping, and he had to take out some tessarae. He blames that on his name being called. He had a girl he was interested back home, but he gave up any hope of ever seeing her again.
Skills: Not that many. He isn't physically strong, but he is very smart, and pretty good at coming up with strategies, and knows HOW to do stuff, he just... needs someone else... to do it for him...

And MoP? I wouldn't mind a super long, unappealing name, as long as it was... reasonable. I doubt his parents would have named him that, so please change it. I'm sorry I didn't say anything earlier. You can have it so that that's what he tells people his name is, but realistically, that just wouldn't happen.
Actually, that's what I would have named my kid. Except I would have named him something like lmfongfksasticbtcaimchasd if I was alive then, just for a chance of getting him out of the Games.

District 8 girl, I suggest you hurry. I don't mean to sound rash, but April, I told you to fix your character, and Ella, since I only reserve for 4 days, she's up for grabs. Whichever one of you fixes/finishes first will get her, and I'll have to ask that the other one choose a different character spot to fill, or to wait until the next arena.

Appearance: He is tall, stands at around 6' 2'', he has clear blue/green eyes with contrasting dark curls which he normally sweeps to one side out of habit. He is a muscular boy due to having to take logs of wood to and from the forest. Personality: He is a born leader, he is normally pretty introverted and independent but doesn't have a problem working with others or talking to large crowds. Although Adim prefers to observe situations and keep in the shadows and his tactic in the games in to stay as quiet and swift as he possibly can. He doesn't often get distracted by girls although he doesn't believe that he's good looking enough to attract their attention.
History: Not much to say about his history, he grew up in the lumber district therefore he has a strong family, he hasn't had it as hard as the other lower districts but he doesn't have any privileges as few of the districts do.
Skills: He is strong therefore he can probably carry heavy loads and he is also good as disappearing, this sounds strange but he has a knack for blending in with the crowd and hiding - which he will use to his advantage.
Other: He has a soft spot for animals and hates killing any living thing. A major disadvantage in the games.
