Add authors to book and change title

Hi, there's a typo in the name of the book, it should be "A Clockwork Orchard: Rivets & Rain".

And there are nine other authors, plus an editor and an illustrator - see Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Clockwork-Orcha...

(I, for one, would like to be added, since my story's inside :))

Dorothy we can't use Amazon data. If you could provide a non-bookseller link we can add it for you (or you could just list them here).

Can't find a listing for the book on the publisher's site, but I did find another three contributors listed on ISBNdb.
