There are two separate listings for this book. I think this one:

should be deleted; it does not have the full name of the author while the other entry:

http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29...

does have the correct author info (as well as listing the two different editions).

I'm not sure how to do this so hoping one of the super SuperLibrarians can cape themselves and help out. Thanks!

They are different editions of the same book so fixed author name and title. Checking other bits.

The second entry does have both hc and pb editions (plus a Kindle ebook); I don't think there are any other editions so not sure what the one with the author listed as "G. Murphy" refers to.

As you say, there is a hardback and a paperback. There is also am Amazon Kindle edition (mobi format) and finally an epub edition (ie. on the Barnes and Noble site) for nearly every other ebook reader on the planet. Four editions.
