This book: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13... had the wrong title for a while, with no supporting info. I checked the author's page and fixed the title, then combined with the other editions. Now this record can be safely deleted by a super :)

I can't see the point of this edition: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...The title is entered incorrectly, there's no cover, and no other metadata to distinguish it as a valid edition. Delete?

Can this edition be deleted too please: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/64...There is no 'other cover'. You can see the search results from Dark Horse, which only lists the issues and the trade paperback. The tpb has been reprinted a few times, but always with the same content and cover.

I would leave it, it's usually a lot of work to create an alternate cover edition, and people don't usually do it without good reason. It's probably legit.

Ah! I see now what happened. Often, before the solicits are out, temporary artwork is sent to distributors as a placeholder. The purple banded version is just that. When it was actually solicited the purple had been changed to green, and when it was published it was green, and it's only ever been green.So, the purple version was obviously added here, never changed and so someone decided to put the proper, green, cover up as an alternate edition. But there is not, and has never been, a purple version - except as a mockup cover.
Here is an archived thread on a Buffy forum discussing the paperback release (ignore the first post, they're always kept updated with the most recent/correct info). They start off talking about the 'mauve' colour, and how they dislike it. Then, on page 3 we hit the time that the solicits are released and reveal the final green cover colour (note, post 51 talks about how a previous paperback also had temporary colour before the final release).
I hope this can serve as sufficient proof and that the erroneous 'alternate' cover edition can be deleted. Thanks.

Those are the Torque Press generic covers. Both of the books have been republished by JMS.
So both are valid editions.
ETA: the duplicate edition (non-ISBN) of "World Enough and Time" is the one with the ebook added (by the author) for download.
Okay, so the Torque Press editions don't have ISBN's then. That and the covers was what was confusing...Thanks for the info Amanda.
No, the publishers are different. So are the covers. This is probably a dupe, but those are not the same edition.
If you look at the librarian change log, you'll notice someone deleted the ISBN 10 that matches the other editions ISBN 10.The cover is likely an edited version that someone found somewhere without all the extra stuff.
As for the publisher, I'm assuming the one with the ISBN is correct and the one with the deleted ISBN is incorrect.
Edit: In fact the guy who deleted the ISBN added the different publisher. I don't know what that's about.

Its ISBN-13 seems to be an invalid duplicate of the ISBN-10 of this edition.
