Lisa, I need your help... I just read a book that's set in the 'tristate area' (no specific city is mentioned). Where is that? I googled it, but couldn't make anything out of it. Is there any way I can fit that book in this challenge?

Lisa, the book is Turn It Up by Inez Kelley. Some cities (Boston, Chicago, Phoenix) are mentioned in the book, but not as places where the H/h live. The heroine is looking for a job and has sent her résumé to radio stations all over the country. I'm afraid that book is one of those where we don't know exactly where it takes place. *sighs*
