My Kindle is Scheherazade. My Kindle Fire is The TARDIS.

Mine is named Fiona after the character in the movie The Secret of Roan Inish. I made a cover for my Kindle from an old book of Irish poetry so I thought I'd give her an Irish name!

My Kindle Keyboard is called Mr. Rochester, my new (and beloved) Paperwhite is called Jane Eyre.

My new Paperwhite is called Mother Goose. She tells me stories.

My Kindle's called Kinderella!

After seeing all these awesome names I've decided to rename mine TARDIS (after Dr Who) because its bigger on the inside & takes me to millions of different adventures in millions of different worlds.

I call my Kindle the breeze.

After seeing all these creative names I've decided to rename my kindle Sherlock because he knows everything. Also because my phone is already named TARDIS and that would just be awkward.

Paperwhite=Leslie's Precious. Plain Kindle=Leslie's TARDIS. Not even trying to copy anybody but those are the first names I thought of and they're perfect.

I'm having trouble naming my new Kindle Fire. Sold the old one and upgraded to the HD but am drawing a blank for a new name :(

I have two kindle Fires. The first is called Flame, the second is called Ember. I plan on getting a Kindle Fire HD and am thinking of names a long the same line like: Blaze, Bryne (old English for fire), Coal, or Timber.

My Kindle is name Lostin Translation

I have three Kindles. My original K3 was named Fizzy until I got a Kindle Touch. The K3 is now named Loverboy since I gave it to my fiance and the Touch is now called Dollface. I also got a Kindle Fire 7inch for Christmas and I named it Brimstone.

My Kindle's name is Bit Cloud. I name all my electronics after objects and characters from Zoids: New Century.

^^ I called mine "Auryn" after the amulett in The Never Ending Story/Die Unendliche Geschichte by Michael Ende. I believe my girlfriend named hers "The Grimmerie", inspired by Gregory Meguire's Wicked.

I think "Hitchhiker's Guide" or "Inkheart" would also be great names.

My first kindle's name was Mr. Reed. Boring, I know. My brand-new kindle paperwhite I named "The Gateway to Dreamland" ;)

My Kindle is named Johnny Depp. When I order a book it asks if I want to send it to Johnny Depp. Once a book is purchased, it tell me it has been sent to Johnny Depp. And I can say to folks, "Last night I was reading in bed with Johnny Depp." ;P My Kindle Fire is named My Preciousss and my son's Fire is Mission Control.
