Me: He hasn't talked to me since. I was walking down the hall with a mutual friend, and he said 'Hello' to her, shifted his eyes to me, stared uncomfortably, then walked away.

That's what I'm doing, Sil, but I don't want things to be awkward so I'll talk to him eventually.

Me: LOL, I would never be able to be a Huntress, especially since their only requirement I no longer am. Also, it's not like I'm taking it uber personally- well, I am, but I'm not like in love with him any more. He can come to me when he grows up and understands what he wants.

Because even AFTER 3rd, he was all tender and cuddly and kissing me on the cheek, eyelids, and neck and caressing my arms. . . and we fell asleep entwined on a couch. It was pretty adorable. He woke up, hugged me goodbye- and not a word since.

Me: Yep. I'll talk to him tomorrow since Friday is Wear Pink + Sea of Silence. And if not tomorrow, Friday after school during Queereoke (singing gay songs with our Queer Straight Alliance club).

Me: Biodiversity is the kingdom phylum class order family genus species of animals. Like humans, we fall under Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Chordata, Superclass vertebrate, class mammalia (placentals).

And I had to memorize 22 packets of ridiculously detailed notes.
