Me: Rawwr. When I say 'passion' or 'inspiration', what's the first image that comes to your head that is appropriate for school.

Me: I think I get it. We have this poetry portfolio thing, and I need to have a cover. So I'm making one.

I just write the lyrics (which suck) then find the basic cords (which suck) then put em together with a base beat on the left hand OR add it in later.

Me: No I'm nooooot. I don't LIKE writing music.

At least you can. I can't even do that.

Me: Blah. Of course you can. You just humm the note and try different combinations of notes to see what one fits it. Anyone can do it, and I bet you can do it super better than them.
