I would like to use Sheltering Hearts by Robyn Carr together with Caught to reach 100+ pages. Amazon.com lists Sheltering Hearts as having 74 print pages.

Is there some kind of 'formula' to figuring out #'d pages? I so often come across stuff that looks good, but am not sure that it would be long enough...I REALLY hate to bother you guys every time I just want to know if it's close to long enough!

35,000+ words equals 100 pages. Word counts 25,000+ *might* work- look for page count corroboration from the author, publisher, or a retailer, Some publishers and retailers have length classification systems that can be clues. Kindle locations are a last resort- 1,000 minimum

Twice Retired would need to be added to GR by a librarian- looks to be 14180 words- 40-56 pages

Jennifer - for Ellora's Cave - if you go to their website (www.jasminejade.com) and look at the book record - it says what they call it, if you hover over where it says book length - it gives you the range that all their different book lengths fall into
