Lucas returned the smile, and opened his mouth to say something, when something nudged the back of his head. "Oww, what the-?" He turned to look, right into the hazel brown eyes of his pegasus. "Now you want to fly."
Myra tilted her neck back so she was staring into the upside-down face of the pegasus. "T'as besoin d'une force gentille dans ta vie," she murmured, the subject of her little speech being Cherry, as she got up, dusting herself off.
Lucas stood, shaking his head at the pegasus' impossible antics. "I suppose a quick fly wouldn't hurt," he mused, patting the creature's side. "Hey, Myra, are you walking or flying?" He gestured to the pegasus, waggling his brows suggestively.
"Can she carry two?" Myra said, smiling a bit at Lucas' little eyebrow dance. "I'm awfully heavy, you know."
"Of course I know," Lucas said, voice trailing with a scoff. "And you'd be insulting her if you didn't."
Hard to insult such a beautiful creature.
"Would I insult you?" Myra asked, edging closer to Cherry with a mischevious smile.

"I'm not the one who'd strength you're questioning," Lucas said, turning to look at Cherry, whom shook her head toward Myra, urging her to come forward.
Myra shrugged. "Well. I was wondering if you'd be insulted if I rejected your oh-so-tempting invitation." She mounted the pegasus gracefully, her bare knees gripping the glossy sides of the magnificent creature, and smiled brightly, winnking. "Guess not."
Rolling his eyes playfully, Lucas mounted the pegasus after her. "I hope you're not a nervous flier," he said, watching with anticipation as Cherry's wings unfolded.
"As long as I don't look down," Myra said, wrapping her arms about his waist. "I'll be fine."
Secretly though....
She was terrified.

"Alright," Lucas said with a shrug. Cherry stepped back a few feet, broke into a graceful run, and leapt off the edge of the cliff. "Where ya headin?" Lucas asked over the sound of the wind, maneuvering the trio through the skies.
"I've got nowhere to be," Myra said. She repeated it twice, because she couldn't hear her own voice over the sound of rushing wind, and also her legs had completely jellified.
She couldn't help it; she looked down and almost threw up.

"Alright then," Lucas said, looking back at Myra in time to see her look down. Sh*t. He slowed their pace, bringing Cherry lower to the ground with a few murmurs. "Are you okay?"
"Fine!" Myra answered in a forcedly chipper tone, burying her head against Lucas' back. "Just keep going. Fast. And don't stop."
It's OK, it's OK. You won't fall down fifty thousand feet down into the frigid waters of the ocean. Actually, if you do fall, you probably won't live long enough to feel the water hit you. And water at such a height feels more like stone than water.

"Okay," Lucas answered, amused and worried at the same time. Oh, Myra. The faster it was over, the better, he decided. With a few simple words, they were going a mile a minute. When the pegasus began to slacken it's pace, Lucas steered them toward the stables.
And if the water or lack of air don't kill you, the rocks will. And what about the terrifying monsters that probably haunted the sea?
Trembling, Myra's eyes stayed firmly shut and pressed to Lucas' back, thoughts trailing from different scenarios that all ended with her dying, until the ride was over.
((Stable RP.))

Hooves clopped on the trail as a pepper-coloured pegasus trotted alongside the demure Cullen, whom strolled quietly down the trail.
((He's not riding it, lmao. xD 'Trotted alongside'))
((hehe...))
Cullen glanced sideways at the girl that was looking at him, acknowledging the familiar daughter of Aphrodite with a nod. "Chaumelle," he greeted politely, having spoken to her only a few times.

Chaumelle regonized Cullen, only barely. "Cullen," she said slowly. "Where did you manage to find the pegasus, and how did you manage to get it to listen?"
((Cullen's been at camp for awhile, so people should know him, unless, they like, don't leave their cabins. xD))
"This is Steele," Cullen said, patting the stallion lightly on it's side. "I got 'im from the Stables, decided he needed to go for a walk. He's really well-behaved."

"Yeah," Cullen said, amusement lightening his tone as the pegasus gave Chaumelle a curious snort. "I like walking a bit more, but I've ridden hiim a few times."

((THERE ARE NO SNOT. Only...CO2. xD))
((XD Okies.))
Cullen shrugged. "We don't really talk much," he pointed out. "But I can fly, pretty well."

"What, is it so hard to believe I can do anything except for pranking?" Cullen asked, arching a brow at her as well. All of camp new what a prankster Cullen was, and he was rarely ever trusted.

"Gee, thanks," Cullen said with a roll of the eyes, though it was all in good-nature. Steele let out a content whinny, shaking his head lightly in thanks for the affection.

"Whoa, watch it," Cullen warned jokingly. "Steele here is my pal, isn't that right, buddy?" The pegasus grunted, as if it understood, black tail swishing from side-to-side.

"Ha, ha, very funny," Cullen replied sarcastically. "But I'm not a child of Hecate, so I can't do that."

((I love how it took me about seven minutes to find this topic.))
"True," Cullen agreed simply, watching as Steele began to knead the ground restlessly with black hooves.

Chaumelle smiled. "So are you just going to walk the magical flying horse, or are you going to use it's magic-ness and fly it?"
((>.> I was soooo out of it.))
"I can't force him to fly if he doesn't want to," Cullen began, pausing when his spotted Ellie. He gestuered with a nod toward the sobbing girl to show Chaumelle, then wandered over. "Um, are you OK?" he asked the girl tentatively.

Naomi walked along the trail naming a the trees she saw. "Pine, oak, more pine and a mugo pine." she whispered.
