I haven't read that one Lethal, and I noticed Steph hasn't either, it's on her tbr list.

It's got good ratings, so I say you read it and let us know, then we can rush out and try it, if it's Lethal approved. LOL.

Hi ladies!

Finished "White Cat" by Holly Black. It was... Different. I liked it- it was different. Dark and strange, but intriguing. I didn't feel like there was any real climax to the story... Just one strange thing after the other. I'll read the next but because I didn't LOVE it, I give it 3 stars.

Ohhh "The Rest Falls Away" is fantastic. I finished the series a couple months ago and just LOVED it! :))

Ditto on "Gardella Vamp Chronicles". It was one of the only historicals I actually enjoyed (so far).

We head back on Friday... So not ready but looking forward to being in my own home again :)

Yeah, I know what ya mean. Gets harder to leave, the longer you stay, but it is always nice getting back to your home.

I'll be reading for Urban Fantasy Paranormal. A friend & I are planning to buddy read it this weekend.

I read My Soul to Take for the Urban Fantasy Paranormal shelf. This (and the prequel) was the first book by Rachel Vincent that I have read and I really liked it. (I don't know why it took me so long to try this author) The whole concept of banshees in a uf/pnr book was different. I didn't know much about banshees before, so it was interesting to learn more about them. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Kaylee and her relationship with Nash in the next book. Good thing I already have it and book 3 from the library! :)

I didn't like it as much as Fool Moon. It became very repetitive over time, with Harry doing the same damn thing over & over again. I wasn't too thrilled about the ghost storyline either, since ghosts scare the living shit out of me. GP just didn't grab my attention & keep me on my toes like FM did. While I am starting to enjoy this series, I don't think I'll ever be as obsessed with it as many of my friends are. Maybe if I had've read this series when it first came out. Now, I've read way too many awesome UF novels to be wowed by Butcher's world. It doesn't suck but I've read better. I will say that Butcher really knows how to creep you out when he wants to. He excels at creating the perfect monster.

Ohhh I think my favorite subjects to read about other than fairies are ghosts and I love to be scared. I might have to give it a read on that alone lol

while on this subject has anyone read "Come Closer"? Scared the bajeezus out of me!

I base mine on the books I need to send back to booksfree :) I had a few to choose from and was going to choose "Magic Bites" but for some reason booksfree took it off of my queue so it doesn't really matter if I send it back now or later. Um, so I finished Rogue by Rachel Vincent just now. All house work was completely neglected and same will most likely go for tomorrow too because I got the next book in the series. Overall the book was good, but I was disappointed at some of the events that happened. Mostly the way that Faythe acted up with Marc, but oh well. I give the book 3★ and can't wait to finish the next book.

Don't worry...the housework won't run off somewhere. It's happy (generally) to wait for you :D Have fun reading the next!
