Rickey (rbray) Four for Fourth Promotion: I am having a 4th of July promotion for Rendezvous Rock by giving away 4 copies in the United States to the first four people who request a copy. Rendezvous Rock is a fantasy/drama. It is not a YA book or a romance novel. I recommend it for those who enjoy a large novel with an involved plot. I do not recommend it for those with conservative religious views. Please send me a message on my author page if you want a copy. I now have 3 left to give. I will post the winners as soon as I receive them. Rendezvous Rock

S.J. Wright (sjwrightauthor) | 3 comments The Vampire's Curse The Vampire's Curse by S.J. Wright

I just released the second book in my vampire series and wanted to share it with you all. Here's a little blurb.

I’m Sarah. I’ve inherited two jobs from my father since his death. I’m supposed to keep our family Inn running in Brown County, Indiana. And I’m a vampire warden. Sounds weird, I know. But it’s my role to play, and I intend to do it my own way.

In this second installment of the Undead in Brown County series, Sarah has to face the return of her mother, the repercussions of authorizing her friend Alex to become a vampire, the increasing threats from the vampire council, and her evolving relationship with Michael, the vampire she is responsible for keeping a prisoner.

The paperback version of the book is 216 pages long. The manuscript in MS Word is over 35,000 words.

More information on the series can be found at
www.sjwrightbooks.com.

Tim Greaton | 3 comments Good morning, Everyone. "Bones in the Tree" 41-page novella is available for Free on Smashwords. It'll be available later today on Amazon and B&N. The blurbs go like this:

Her parents dead and marriage over, Karen returns to Maine to rebuild her life. An irritating furry neighbor and tombstones in her backyard play surprising roles as she endures one disastrous date after another.

Extended Description:

What were her parents thinking when they opted for burial in the backyard? Karen didn't know but finds herself talking more and more to their tombstones as her personal life descends into chaos.

Her marriage in flames and dating life little more than one catastrophe after another, she finds herself turning to a furry, acorn-throwing neighbor for solace.

Can the fresh air and slow pace of life in Menyon Falls heal her broken heart, or will returning to Maine be the biggest mistake of her life?

Come find out in this quirky and surprisingly emotional novella from "Maine's Other Author"(TM)Tim Greaton.

C.J. Lyons (cjlyons) | 2 comments Hey guys! Just popping in to let you know that my FBI thriller SNAKE SKIN is free on Amazon this weekend, check it out here:
http://www.amazon.com/SNAKE-SKIN-eboo...

Here's what RT Book Reviews said about SNAKE SKIN: 4 1/2 Stars:
Combine Dirty Harry with a loving wife and mother and you might end up with Lucy Guardino. Fans of Lyons' hospital-set series will love the change of setting and thrilling pace. One note: readers with a fear of
snakes should pick up this story carefully. Regardless, you won't be able to put this one down.

Feel free to pass this on to your friends who enjoy edgy thrillers--and who don't mind a few creepy snakes mixed in!

Have a great weekend!

So my short story collection 10 Bits of My Brain has been out for a week and it occurred to me that many people haven't read my short work before, so you may not want to plunk down $2.99 for 10 stories. So I've release two (so far) individual short stories for $.99 each so you can give me a try for cheap! Here they are:

Strong Heart Blue by Stuart Jaffe Science Fiction and Fantasy blend together when two people from across the galaxy are possess by two cursed lover determined to reunite.

In Shadow by Stuart Jaffe A short horror story about a man seeking revenge. But his vengeance brings him up against Leon Boyton -- a man haunted by his own shadow -- a living shadow that sends him to desperate lengths to control it.

Name's Cam, and I recently self-published my first novel, Broken Bloodline Book 1: Electus.

Here's a link, if anyone wants to check it out: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11...

It's the first in a series of vampire novels I started to sort of harken back to the vampire fiction I grew up loving, like: Dracula, Buffy, Angel, 'Salem's Lot, etc.

Right now it's looking like it's going to be a 3 book series, but I won't know for certain until I'm at least finished with book 2.

Thanks, and I hope everyone has a great week!

-Cam-

I'd put up all of my book covers, or at least my latest release, if I knew how to do that. I write a mystery/paranormal series (Sam Casey) as well as a mystery/fantasy/sci-fi/horror/kitchen sink series (Chase Dagger written as Lee Driver). FATAL STORM, the latest, was given away in the giveaway program. Nora Weston (noraweston) | 23 comments The Twelfth Paladin by Nora Weston

Hello! I'm speculative author Nora Weston. My latest release from Melange Books is The Twelfth Paladin.

In The Twelfth Paladin, good against evil battles as
angels, demons, and a temptress extraordinaire, named
Rachel Darnell, vie for the soul of Jake Cottrell. Jake foolishly dares Hell to burn him. Hell agrees.

Scarred with angelfire by a rebellious angel, named
Micah, Jake Cottrell is sanctioned to become the twelfth paladin in Micah’s supernatural unit of slayers. However, regret abounds as Micah is banished and ordered to protect what he now despises…a human he believes is unworthy of such an honor. Never fear, Jake is a seeker of mischief who soars on a blistering blacktop to escape the wrath of Hell while he transforms into the twelfth paladin.

If interested, the prologue is up at... http://www.melange-books.com/authors/...

Thanks for your time!

Take care,
