Glad you're enjoying it, Nina. It's perfect for the series obsessed. :) Thanks for sharing your profile. I've added everyone's profile (those that were shared here) to the first post for easy reference.

How cool is FictFact?!! I saw your message about it and just had to check it out.http://www.fictfact.com/user/chuckles...
I create a pdf form for every three months for my books. I use to have a notebook with everything but that got to be too much. I love using websites but I like my list better. Here's an example of what it looks like

If any wants a pdf I can send it.Green - 2013 color scheme
Tango (orange/red) - 2012 color scheme
Peacock Blue - 2011 color scheme
Here's mine. Please add! Just started doing this today and it is no way complete. I used to write my series in little notebooks but I lose it everytime I move. So glad that I found Fictfact through GR.. http://www.fictfact.com/user/annebibl...
I have a little 2 ring binder that stores index cards. I write down (by author's last name) what books I want and check them off when I get them and cross over that check once I've read them.
I too am on FictFact. I found it through one of my online friends and I love it. It is the one way I can keep track of every book that I have read that is part of a series. Here is my profile: http://www.fictfact.com/user/Nutz4harryp
Add me. I have added a few of you guys.
Okay I need to go read some.
I use fictfact too but not as often as I should.I really keep track of my reading on Goodreads. Fastest and easiest for me.
My links for both are below.

I did but very quickly. Will look into it more in depth at another time.
Thanks Ames! Just had a browse, everything is still there, just a matter of getting used to the format change. In fact I just added some books & it seemed to go as smoothly as usual ;)

Here's a blog post with an overview of the changes we've been working on over at FictFact - http://blog.fictfact.com/post/6131868...
<3 Fictfact. I especially like the book release calendar (okay, so it's not actually new but I thought I'd mention it).
I love the book release calendar. I always go to it when I forget which books are out. Really liking the new look too. ;)
Just joined FictFact bc I'm super OCD as well. Ummm this is going to be just as addicting as GR, I'm afraid. ;) http://www.fictfact.com/user/G8rdebzz

I have used fictfact for about three years and it is wonderful JoAnne. I get an email every time one of my books is released. I can't ever forget! Love it.
Does anyone keep a word document list or an excel sheet of there series/books? I'm trying to get my list together but am having issues figuring out which program I want to use. Just curious if any of you still use either method and why you prefer it?
Thank you for the little gem that is fictfact! I use a little notebook and cross off as I go but this is great!I just joined now http://www.fictfact.com/user/mishka84
at least I think that's how you find it :D

I just use GR & FictFact now.

I just followed you Michelle. I like seeing what other people are following so I know what I might want to read.
Cheers Steph, I made shelves for all my series on GR as well but it was really time consuming finding them and adding them separately, so much quicker using fictfact! Thanks Tracy, I've added so many series It'll take me forever to get through them! :)
Melissa-The Book Addict wrote: "Does anyone keep a word document list or an excel sheet of there series/books?..."I keep an excel sheet that is a modified version of the export of my lists here. After modifying it to be displayed correctly I divided the TBR from the Read books in different tabs and added a few more tabs that help my current goal (go through the books I added in 2010 (the oldest on my list) before the year is over). Now I only have to add the new books I add in my TBR here and move the books I read from the TBR tab to the Read one. What I like most about the excel sheet is that I can organize them however I want - sort them by page number or date added etc.
That's not to say that I don't have a fictfact account and word document list as well - the fictfact one is for series I currently follow or plan to continue (or just didn't get around to removing from there, hoping for a "not following anymore" option to be added to the site) and the word documents are either for various challenges lists or leftover lists I'd made of books I wanted to check out (and now have been replaced by dozens of folders inside folders of bookmarks about books-to-check or various BSB categories) and I'll need to go through and delete (both word documents and bookmarks...) - mostly the word documents help with challenges lists.
Bottom line, various programs have different pros and cons so I use a combination of them for different things. Does that help? (Sorry for the long post!)
Oh I have an insane memory. Seriously off the charts, ha ha. I'm that person who knows driver's licenses, 20 different passwords, tax file numbers you name it. Nothing slips by me. Drives my husband nuts! Especially his own TBR which is insane-I haven't read any of his books but I know where he's up to just by looking at the spines.
