I like that we are a small group. I'm in another team challenge that starts this week also and it has 7 people on each team. I like only having 4 of us so we will really get to know each other. Also it seems like we are all from different parts of the world (how cool is that?). Still have to hear from Megan

I figured after the song is selected for the week , we can link it to the books we have on our TBR lists.It'd be fun if all of us can read the same book.

what genre do you usually read? I read anything with a happy ending.

I am pretty good with anything that has a happy ending, too, shosho!

I'm all over the place with what I read. I agree I like happy endings. Really for me I like anything that lets me escape everyday life. If I find myself constantly putting down a book then I know it is not the one for me. But if I find myself getting upset cause I have to stop reading then I know it is a good book.


I've looked at the list and have a few ideas on some of the songs. Like if Lion Sleeps Tonight comes up I'm planning on reading Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe.

I looked at the playlist , it doesn't seem to be hard to find a book to relate to any of the songs.
*whispers* I haven't heard a lot of them!!!!
I 'm going to read ahead of the buddy read I'm doing and finish the book tonight .I'll be ready to start reading whatever I have to read(if I have it).

Argh!!! I just read a memoir that would have fit this! Ah well time to scrounge around for my book

I think I'm going to read there is a buddy read on the 9th for it but I'll finish before that, I guess any suspense would do because there is atleast one cop in them

shosho, I tried so hard to get through the first book in that series. My main problem with it was that I felt it was waaay too long. Right when I hit the midway point was where I was kinda feeling some sort of ending should be. I also had a few other problems with it. I had to set it aside

I know, if you read my reviews for the first 2 you'll see I had a lot of problems with them specially the second one, but the third lady luck was great.so I'm going to give this one a try.hopefully it's as god as lady luck

So excited there are supposed to be thunderstorms today. Perfect reading weather. I love curling up under a blanket with a cup of a tea and a good book during storms.
