I was in Denver for a few days and met Petra! As fun as she is online, she's even better in person--warm, incredibly friendly, and so easy to talk to. We had a lovely dinner together and even made sure to get photographic evidence (picture was snapped by me, holding the camera as far away as I could and hoping for the best):

Well, personally, I do like to wear a bit of glitter for festive occasions, but I think the sparkle around Petra's face is due to the flash reflecting off her fabulous aura. She mentioned that she's had a little less time to do things online recently--and misses people here--but it sounds like she's got a lot of very enjoyable and exciting developments unfolding in the non-virtual world, so not to worry.

you are my #4 meeting in the REAL world...Jim, Sally, and Kevin were 1, 2, & 3. It is just such a treat to make the connection in the real world where our lives really are lived =) and I am not sure why that pic is so glittery ...maybe we had a fairy Godmother looking over us..

Jonathan is also just such a genuine and nice person... felt like I was having dinner with an old friend...good times

I finally got all of my tax information together and uploaded it for the tax guy. Still working on the Trust my dad & stepmom set up. He died in 2023, she in 2024, so now I get to do the executor thing and make sure I get things done correctly.

No. I've done the executor thing twice. Some say I'm still doing it. It's a major hassle.
