Nemo barked and watched Madeline, his tail in a wagging furry of fur.

Madeline stared intently. "He's really pathetic, you know?" she muttered under her breath as she aimed up at the fly.

Leo just kept buzzing
"Did I mention that he can turn into a single-cell organism?"
at that Leo disappeared.

Elena snorted. "Your wrong! He can't be everything!" He has to have a weak spot.

"Yes he can."
(Got to go, if u can find what is a shape shifters weak spot use it, but it took ME months to figure out.)

"And of course, he couldn't possibly be another person!" Madeline retorted.

((Whim, Frege, and I think Kable should be removed, so their not in this group anymore. Sorry, Kable was powerplaying and spamming. Hope you're not mad, Ivi!))

Madeline knew a lot of people here, Soyala thought, she shot again, hitting dead center, wondering if she should try and consult Artemis.

Hayley walked onto the grass and set her pets down onto the ground. "Well, we're here."

Luma hooted and climbed onto Madeline's head.
Madeline chuckled. She picked up her bow.

Hayley picked up a bow and a few arrows, standing in front of the targets.

((haha. I used to watch Pucca. I should watch it again. It's funnyyy))

Madeline pulled a quiver over her shoulder. She reached down and pulled out an arrow. She inspected it before pulling it back, taking carefull aim.

Soyala looked at Hayley, feeling a bit proud the girl would learn to be an archer.

((I loved Pucca! But they stopped it. :/))

Hayley aimed her arrow at the target and slowly pulled back. She let go and it hit close to the center, but not a bull's-eye. "Drat."

((I know!!! >.<))

Madeline gave her a sympathetc look before releasing the arrow. It hit dead center once more.

Soyala watched, it might not have been a great shot, but she was good. She said nothing, and shot, hoping the girl would not give up.

((What was the guy ninja's name? I forgot...Garu?))

Hayley was slightly annoyed by the sympathy. She didn't need it, nor did she want it. She pulled back on another arrow and focused hard. It flew to the target, again not hitting the center, but pretty close. What's wrong with you Hayley?! You can do better then that!

"Frustration interferes with concentration," Madeline commented quietly.

Hayley gave a Madeline a stiff nod. She could barely eat with all that she'd been thinking about. Stupid quest.
"R-Right," she stammered uneasily.

((I gtg for dinner soon, so I might disappear))

"Calm down, Hayley," Madeline murmured.

"Okay," Hayley mumbled, forcing her words not to shake. She closed her eyes and exhaled. Stop being a fool and concentrate.
This time, the arrow hit in the center. But, just barely.

((ME BACK))

"Good," Madeline praised.

((and I gtg. >.> I'll try to sneak on later.))

Hayley forced a smile. "Thanks."

((aw okay))

Madeline smiled, then turned back to her own target.

Soyala hit dead center, talking was not needed in shoothing, she thought.

Madeline ran her fingers down her bow.

Hayley shot another arrow and it again hit the center. But this time, she didn't feel proud of it. Not like she usually did.

Soyala retrived her arrows.

Madeline closed her eyes for a moment before reaching down for an arrow.

((erg, i read our posts and now the Pucca theme is stuck in my head. xD))

Soon after shooting more perfectly landing targets, Hayley grew tired of standing there. She hesitated on shooting the last one, causing it to miss the middle.

((XD AVPS lines are stuck in mine: "I just travled the f*** back in time. So f*** you, Malfoy. How's that for a happy thought?"))

Madeline glanced at her friend, noticing the hesitation, though she didn't comment. Instead, she simply put away the arrow as if nothing had happened.

Hayley kept quiet as cleaned up her equipment and put them away, trotting back to her pets.

((IKR?!!! And the most epic song ever plays after that XD))

Madeline hopped over the fence to retrieve the single arrow that had left her quiver. Luma cocked his head as Hayley came over.

((I need to see that soon. XD))

"HEy guys," Hayley greeted quietly, bending down to give each owl and her ferret a gentle scratch.

(YES YOU DO))

Madeline returned a moment later. Luma hooted with pleasure.

((What act/part was it?))

"That was calming," Hayley remarked, half honestly.

Luma cocked his head again. He hooted again and hopped closer to Hayley.

Hayley giggled. "Hey there Luma."

((NO PROBLEM. WHY IS WE TYPING IN CAPS?))

Luma poked at her hand with his beak.

((Idk, I wanted to show you I was thankful. xD))

Hayley tilted her head. "What is it?"

((HAHA nice.))

Madeline walked up to Hayley. "He wants to climb," she explained.
Luma nodded.

((*bows*))

"Oh," Hayley nodded and turned her hand over, palm up.

Luma stumbled onto Hayley's hand.
Madeline chuckled.

Hayley's hand tingled at the odd feeling. She was more used to the soft paw pads of Jink.

Madeline reached down to the owl. "C'mon, Luma," she muttered.
Luma peered up at Madeline before climbing onto the back of her hand.

Soyala retrived her arrows, deep in thought.

Luma climbed up to Madeline's shoulder, perching himself on her shoulder. Madeline smiled at the small owl.

Hayley put Gwin and Jink atop her shoulder and turned to Madeline with a sigh.

Madeline looked up. "What's wrong, Hayley?"
