Felix shrugged. "Then why are you here?"

"Because I'm walking."

Sam turned to see a bmcreepy looking boy with scars on his arms. "Come on, I can show you." She offered, holding up her bow.

"Okay, whatever you say." Felix said. "Sam, if anyone was to show him, it would be me." he winked at her.

"I never said i didn't know how to fire an arrow," Drake retorted.

Sam snickered, and nodded. "True that." She winked back before looking at Drake. "I just figured, since you're so hesitant about firing won."

"She got a point, you know." Said Felix.

Sam beamed, enjoying his praise. "I always have a point." She told him with a smirk.

Drake rolled his eyes. "You want to see a damn arrow fired? Fine." with that, he picked up a bow and arrow. He notched it against the bow. Two seconds passed. One to aim. The other for the arrow to hit the bullseye with a twang.

Sam nodded, bot didn't say anything. Temper much?

"I rest my case."

"So you do," Sam said, giving Felix a raised brow.

Drake tossed the bow back to where he found it, shoving his hands into his pokets.

"Not much for conversation, I see." Sam muttered, glancing at Felix.

Drake rolled his eyes. Beneath his pocket, he was gripping his whip, waiting.

Sam grinned at him. "I'm just teasing. I'm Sam, by the way. Daughter of Iris." It seemed she was talking more to Felix than Drake.

"Drake. Son of Phobos," he replied curtly.

Her face paled just a little, but she shivered to make it look like she had pales from the cold. "I know you. Well, I mean I've heard if you." She took a couple--more like ten-- steps back, dragging Felix with her. " You're the one who whipped Maren."

Drake smirked. "So I see she spoke of it despite my warning," he said in a low tone.

((Uh oh.))

Sam shook her head, eyes narrowing coldly. "No. No she didn't. Heard it from someone else."

"Either way, she still let it slip," Drake retorted.

" Hey, have you seen Cassidy?" Alexa askes.

Sam glared at him, her slate colored eyes cold and hard. "No. I'm pretty sure there were innocent by-standers that saw you beat the sh*t out of an innocent five year old."

"No, no there wasn't," Drake replied, eyes rolling.

"Whatever," Sam mumbled, and went back to her archery.

Felix wanted to curl up in a little ball to wait for danger to pass. Instead, he straightened his back and said, "I'm Felix Faust, son of Tyche."

"Pleasure," Drake mocked.

Sam narrowed her eyes at Drake. She liked Felix, not romanticly, but she thought he was cool. He didbt need to mock him.

Felix ignored the mock. He was plently used to it from his classmates, but not at him, of course. His rich place made the others simply adore him.
"Same with you, uh, Drake."

Sam watched the two of them converse with an amused grin.

Drake rolled his eyes. "Brilliant comeback," he sneered, voice layered with sarcasm.

"THat's funny. That wasn't even a comeback." Felix pointed out, smiling at the back of his mind.

"Your point?"

Sam watched Felix with pursed lips, then looked at Drake.

Felix sighed. "Thick, are you?" He muttered under his breath.
"The point is, is that it wasn't one. You see, so you've got basically no reason to say 'Brilliant comback.'" Felix imitated Drake as he put his hands at his hips.

Sam snorted, but hid her laugh with a cough. She smirked at Dtake coldly.

"I'm done. Or are you to thick to realise that?" Felix had mumbled the last part without speaking. He couldn't just not say it, it would haunt the rest of his days if he didn't stand up to this big bully.

Sam's slate colored eyes widened in shock. Damn, that boys got some nerve. Cool.

"I've met thick people. You don't seem to realize you're one of them." Drake smirked. "Watch your luck, boy. You'll need it."
