Chaumelle glanced at the girl, shrugged and unslung her sister's bow from her shoulder, knowing to be careful with it. She pulled an arrow out of the quiver and inspected it.

((OHMYJESUSFLY. There's a girl in my ballet class whose name is Eleanor Choi... I didn't know her last name until last week))

Eleanor raised a suspicious eyebrow at the bow, though she remained silent as she aimed. With a stead arm, she released, the arrow sticking out of the bulls-eye in a matter of seconds.

Chaumelle raised her eyebrows at the girl's steady shot, though she didn't shoot herself.

((And they look not a like. >_>))

Eleanor fired another graceful arrow at the same target, splitting the first. A waste of arrows, maybe, but excellent practice all the same.

Chaumelle watched the girl shoot, her eyes wide.
((*scoffs£ Chammy is pmsing or something.))

Eleanor sighed, memories of teaching her sisters flooding her. Oh Madeline.

Chaumelle raised her eyebrows and shot an arrow, missing a lot.
((yeah, she sucks.))

Eleanor's eyebrows shot up at the other girl's shot, though she said nothing, assuming that it was just a miss-fire.

((*bell rings* EEH. wrong answer.))
Chaumelle smirked and shot another one, this one at least hitting the target in front of her.

"You are unbalanced," Eleanor commented quietly.

Chaumelle tilted her head to the side. "Pardon?"

"Your feet position is off, so you are off balance," Eleanor replied."

Chaumelle knit her eyebrows together, glancing down at her feet. "I didn't even know there was a particular position,"

That explains a lot. "Keep your feet equidistant from your center," Eleanor instructed.

Chaumelle blanket out at the big word, but figured it ha something tondo with equal and moved her feet accordingly,

"Now hold up your bow," Eleanor continued.

Chaumelle moved the bow up and notched an arrow in it, glancing at Eleanor.

Eleanor placed her own bow on the ground and walked over to Chaumelle, a frown on her face. She pursed her lips. "Drop your shoulders."

Chaumelle sighed and did as told, absently running her fingers along the intricate designs carved into the bow.

Eleanor took a step back. "Perfect."

Chaumelle released the arrow. With a fwoop it landed in the target, two rows from the center.

"Nice shot," Eleanor complimented with a smile.

Chaumelle grinned. "Thank you," she said with a small smile as she pulled out another arrow,

"Of course," Eleanor replied, stepping back.

((*twang**flies into infirmary* Oops. *pullsbout another*))
Chaumelle smiled and shot again with newfound confidece.

Eleanor turned to her own target, pulling another arrow from her quiver.

Thwap. The arrow hit the target again, just as smoothely as before.

In one fluid motion, Eleanor fired a third arrow, landing it as always, though her heart wasn't into her shots.

Chaumelle sighed, wiped sweat off of her brow and grabbed her water bottle.

"Tired already?" Eleanor murmured, a small smile in place.

Chaumelle shrugged as she took a drink. "It's not exactly cold outside," she explained as she set down her bottle and picked up the bow.

Eleanor cast a sideways glance at the bow. "I suppose it is not."

Chaumelle turned the unfamiliar bow around in her hand, glancing at the etchings and feathers hanging off the ends.

"Is that yours?" Eleanor asked.

Chaumelle shook her head. "No, it's my sister's."

Eleanor's face softened. "I see." She said no more on the subject, and turned back to the targets.

Chaumelle smiled and pulled back another arrow, launching it.

Eleanor ran her fingers down her own bow, memories of her former sisters running through mind.

Thwap. The arrow latched itself into the center of the target, and Chaumelle smiled. "I'm Chaumelle," she said to Eleanor with a smile.

"Pleasure. Eleanor Choi," she replied.

Chaumelle nodded as she released another arrow. "Who's your parent?"

Eleanor frowned. "My mother left my when I was a toddler, and my father has been long dead."

Chaumelle froze. "So then you're a Huntress?"

"You've guessed correctly," Eleanor replied. "I know your sister."

Chaumelle nodded. "It was a shock to us that she came back," she admitted, firing another arrow.

"It was a shock to us as well," Eleanor muttered.

"Do you know what she did?" Chaumelle asked curiously.

Eleanor looked Chaumelle over, inspecting the girl. "If Rosa has not told you herself, then I will not say."

Chaumelle sighed in exasperation. "I'm sure she's told the others," she grumbled. "She tends not to like me."
