Sounds like you are referring to my life. Which means no story so far. As to Krauss, my new co-worker has lent me his CD Alison Krauss & Union Station: Paper Airplanes. I'd never really listened to either before. Good, but did not rock my world; although 'Dustbowl Children' by Union Station was a notch above the rest of the album so far.

Nope; I got a flower from my dad. The bacon stayed uncooked in the fridge for too long.

No, my throat is fine. Sore back, sore shoulder, ache in my right foot, and heavy eyelids, so all systems go.

Yes, and that was a long time ago! I’ve lost count of my unfinished projects.

TPBM is excited by the possibilities inherent in a new project but is quickly bored by seeing a project through to completion.

Yes, to a greater extent than my ego would like me to admit. But then I feel its incompleteness hanging over me like a black cloud, and eventually get it done. Well, most of the time. Maybe. Can I actually finish this post? Hmmmm. I can always come back to it, I guess. Maybe.

No, I am better at generalizations or results of what the facts and figures may or may not infer, imply, state or conclude.


TPBM finds generalizations to be, in general, a waste of time.

For me, it depends on the source and the context. As with specifics, generalizations can be helpful or misleading.

TPBM finds that a life of the mind can sometimes make one reluctant to attend to routine chores.

Routine chores help me think, 'cause I don't have to pay attention while I'm doing them.

What would TPBM do for a Klondike bar?

Beg. Yup, I would definitely beg.

He does indeed. Sadly, good coffee can frequently be lessened by less than interesting conversation.

TPBM finds that a good coffee is enhanced with a good piece of pastry, such as a properly made chocolate croissant.

TPBM like caramel in their coffee?

No. I drink a mocha occasionally, if it’s very strong, but I’m not much on sweet coffee. I have a boss who just loves caramel macchiatos, though!

TPBM doesn’t wear a watch.

My old job involved wearing a watch I purchased and to this day I wear it sometimes but not all the time. So I will say "yes and no."

TPBM hopes some awesome movies come out during this year.

I have become indifferent to that kind of expectation. Undoubtedly there will be some, but most often they are stumbled on by accident and are rarely the big and overhyped blockbusters.

TPBM is enjoying a late night sip of coffee before going to bed.

Already did. I drank some around 8:00 PM and that is too late for me though I love to take the opportunity when I have the chance. :)

TPBM knows that within the huge amount of bad movies there are some hidden gems that are worth watching!
