Did you know, Christa he was hosting SNL last week? That episode wasn't bad. It wasn't great but..."

Oh no I didn't! Too bad, I wouldn't be able to watch it anyways since we don't have TV.

TPBM is still full from dinner/lunch."

Stuffed!

TPBM had ham as well as turkey?

message 1303: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) I didn't have friends in high school.

TPBM is watching their brothers try and put in a new dryer?

message 1304: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Nope. Only male child (known, anyway) of my parents.

TPBM had more fun this Thanksgiving than s/he had anticipated.

message 1305: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Re-started, actually. World Orders, Old and New by Noam Chomsky.

Just finished reading a citation from John Dewey criticizing big business as being anti-democratic and highly exploitative of people.

TPBM does not participate in mass buying frenzies.

message 1306: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) No I do not.

TPBM likes the color orange?

message 1307: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments Yes, I do like the color orange! Not my favorite, but I do enjoy orange.

TPBM finds GarageBand and iMovie to be very helpful Mac programs...

message 1308: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments I do!

TPBM found The Watchman movie to be fascinating revisioning of American history and highly entertaining.

message 1309: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Nope, I'm afraid to watch it.

TPBM is very upset at the moment?

message 1310: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments Nope.

TPBM just reached 50K but their still isn't finished (as planned).

message 1311: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Nope and yup. I haven't reached 50k, and I haven't finished what I'd planned.

TPBM is about to dip homemade chocolate chip cookies into milk and wolf them down.

message 1312: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments Mmmmmmm. Sounds yummy.

TPBM is drinking a smoothie for breakfast.

message 1313: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Nope, eggs :D

TPBM watches Law and Order?

message 1318: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments No. I found it too pedantic and boring.

TPBM watches Homeland.

message 1319: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Actually, I am not. It was so good intentioned that the heavy hand of morality made it stultifying and dull. I far preferred the law as told by David Kelly in his various shows.

TPBM did not watch Ally McBeal.

message 1320: by Guy (last edited Nov 25, 2012 09:01PM) (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments I have. Well, about 2.5 episodes, but only because Evangeline Lilly was a local. Well, she went to the University here. But it was too contrived for me and it never caught my interest.

TPBM would find the book Living Your Dreams: Using Sleep To Solve Problems And Enrich Your Life by Gayle Delaney useful at this time in his or her life.

message 1321: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments I did think of that. However, Delaney's book has a deceptive simplicity about it. It is very powerful. It also talks about dreams that warn of awake-world interpersonal danger, and how dreams can be a kind of early warning system.

I am almost always procrastinating. Although I prefer to think of it as simply a re-adjustment of my priorities.

TPBM was recently surprised at how easily a task thought to be hard got done.

message 1322: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Well it's only 9 where I am so no.

TPBM has seen Highlander?

message 1323: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Movies and series. Enjoyed them all, actually. Highlander series was filmed locally, and added interest to the show.

TPBM has been enjoying the surprising sophistication of Once Upon a Time.

message 1324: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (chasmofbooks) | 2875 comments I love Once Upon a Time. Great show.

TPBM had their blood drawn today.

message 1325: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Nope, I have a fear of needles.

TPBM contributes to the political world?

message 1326: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments LoL! Al I have no idea how I can. Fortunately I do not limit myself to being rational or consistent!

Christa, that depends on how one defines 'contributes to the political world'. If you mean that I write anti-economic tracts and teach its fallacies that justify and create poverty, then yes. If you mean that I goose step to political ideology, then no: I do not belong to any political party because all are beholden to their masters, and they exclude the working stiffs

TPBM would rather Guy kept his answers short and a-political.

message 1327: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Yes! It’s the story of the rest of my life.

TPBM is running low on spray starch but is usually disinclined to go to the supermarket.

message 1328: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Guy wrote: "LoL! Al I have no idea how I can. Fortunately I do not limit myself to being rational or consistent!

Hahaha, Guy keep your answers just like you have em, And I meant "Contribute" in any way whatsoever, good-bad and anything in-between.

message 1329: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) M wrote: "Yes! It’s the story of the rest of my life.

We don't use spray starch, or any starch in fact if you are talking about starching cloths.

TPBM has a wood stove?

message 1330: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments To cook on? No. My grandmother was the last to have one of those. I’m not sure why, but I have the feeling she wasn’t devastated when it came time for her to get a gas range.

TPBM has dishes to wash.

message 1331: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) | 1221 comments No, I already did the dishes.

TPBM is currently freaking out about whether or not they turned their project in on time, given their teacher's sketchy due dates.

message 1332: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Yes! I cannot believe their is another.

TPBM is writing a paper now?

message 1333: by Kyra (new)

TPBM wishes they had a maid?

message 1336: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments No, then I would have one more person to clean up after.

TPBM would rather iron clothes with the old wood stove heated hand irons than today's lightweight steamy things.

message 1337: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) Well, depends if I am in a time crunch or not. It would be nice, but running late Sunday mornings the lightweight ones heat faster :D

TPBM has a long day ahead tomorrow?

message 1338: by Guy (last edited Nov 26, 2012 11:03PM) (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments That is true. But I am supposedly awake enough to write an important letter to my boss about proposed changes at work. No, I won't suggest that we are a confederacy of dunces running around like headless chickens hoping that the sky falling is just a delusion.

TPBM will be surprised at the voice and lyrics and music of Canadian indie performer Al. Al Spx in the group Cold Specks.

message 1339: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments I’m laughing at Guy’s #2239. He’d have to clean up after the maid.

message 1340: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) I might be.

TPBM is eating freshly baked cookies?

message 1341: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments No. I’m having to settle for Newtons Blueberry Fruit Thins.

TPBM does a lot of cooking.

message 1342: by Guy (new)

Guy (egajd) | 11249 comments Define a lot. Yes I do cook, and do most of it in our home, but I'm not sure that that still qualifies as a lot.

TPBM doesn't do as much cooking as they would like to do.

message 1343: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) A ton. If only butter was not so spendy I would never stop.

TPBM has been to an art museum?

message 1344: by M (last edited Nov 29, 2012 04:19PM) (new)

M | 11617 comments Yes.

TPBM prefers real butter to margarine.

message 1345: by Christa VG (new)

Christa VG (christa-ronpaul2012) I liked to go for a first time, after that then I may wish to go again :D

TPBM answers questions not addressed to them?

message 1346: by Ajay (new)

Ajay (ajay_n) | 1138 comments All the time. It's my signature move to attract attention, which is hard to come by under normal conditions.

TPBM loves Penguins and wants to be one to dance on the ice!

message 1347: by Caitlan (new)

Caitlan (lionesserampant) | 2869 comments Yes. But that's because I haven't eaten breakfast yet.

TPBM IS FREAKING OUT BECAUSE PAGE 17 OF THE HAIKU THREAD IS GONE AND THEY COULDN'T RESCUE THAT PAGE!

message 1348: by M (new)

M | 11617 comments Yes.

TPBM is freaking out because the Popcorn Served thread is gone.

message 1349: by Caitlan (new)

Caitlan (lionesserampant) | 2869 comments YES.

TPBM is trying to figure out who would do this to us.

Could it be.....i dont even want to say this. but could it be Avery?

message 1350: by Caitlan (new)

Caitlan (lionesserampant) | 2869 comments Yes.

TPBM is editing the Haiku thread she copy/pasted so she can make a new one.

Avery, she was part of the group for a long time, but then her account got deleted.
