B.W. Washburn and his brother, A.L. Washburn, are licensed lawyers and full time writers, residing in Colorado and in the deserts of southern Utah. They grew up in Trona, California, a small mining community not far from Death Valley, and spent many happy days in their youth roaming the wastelands of the Mojave Desert.
