What was originally a weekly radio serial for children extremely popular on All India Radio's बाल दरबार, was adapted to short story form for young readers. The series chronicles the adventures and typical idiosyncracies of protagonist (of the same name), and depicts his world of family, friends, hobbies, school seen through his eyes.
