Collected editions of the comic series written by Kyle Higgins, originally published in single magazine form in C.O.W.L. #1-11 and C.O.W.L. 1964 #1-4 by Image Comics, set in Higgin's shared universe, the Massive-Verse, it features the "Chicago Organized Workers League", the world's first superhero labor union.
