I second that sentiment. And no matter what, I cannot imagine this ever coming close to the success of Twilight. Thank the gods.
I'm waiting for book 3 to read them all one right after the other. The Twilight comparison bugs me. I hated Twilight like wow hated.

It might be because I'm a guy....but I read the twilight series and idk how anybody can relate to bella. I get she was super in love with the Edward guy but most of he time it felt like she only liked him because he was dangerous and had great looks. I've yet to read a book where characters fall in love for legitimate reasons.
