Nice! I totally forgot about this book, I remember years back wanting to read this (I had a huge tim burton phase), I shall follow your lead now!
So if I like Nightmare Before Christmas (and other stories of similar ilk) I'll like this then? I love the review btw - classic!!
Haha, this has got to be the "classiest" review I've ever posted. But yes, the book is really sweet and is pure Tim Burton with his gloominess, dark humor and awesome artwork. I could take a couple of pictures and post them for you, if you wish :)

I won't call it a genius example of rhyme, but as a Tim Burton fan I can say it is quick, (bitter-)sweet, and morbid bit of fun to pass some waiting-room time with. Cheers!
