Manny You have a fine horse, Mr. Koeeoaddi. You must be very proud of it. Are you quite sure you pressed the vote button? Don Corleone says he can't see it yet.

Manny Thank you very much for your vote, Mr. Koeeaddi. Please give your horse a sugar lump from me. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Manny I am so sorry, Mrs Koeeoaddi. I didn't look closely enough at your charming picture. The Don says that he hopes your horse will live a long and happy life.

J.F. Ramirez manny, this was probably the best review of a book that I have come across. I'm compelled to click yes, though I know not why.

Robert I also felt a weird compulsion to vote...the review reminded me of the film; is the dialogue in the film close to that in the book?

For people who didn't immediately spot it, the scene is based on the conversation between the Don and Bonasera, the undertaker, near the beginning of the book. I think the dialogue in the film is similar.

Weird compulsion to vote. I trust Clemenza was polite? Otherwise I shall have words with him...

Robert Actually I felt a bit of a Swine in Clemenza's presence....

Madeline This book was all kinds of awesome, and your review was a very good representation of that, Manny.

That reminds me, I forgot to review this one myself. Will have to do that soon.

Sarah I absolutely adore this book (and the first 2 movies). Good eye on spotting the Godlike qualities.

I only very recently, i.e. after writing this review, got around to watching The Godfather, Part 3. I think it might be a kind of trap. You're encouraged by the first one to think he's God, but as the series progresses you see that he's punished more and more heavily for his presumption.

I doubt it's a coincidence, on the other hand, that Marlon Brando plays both Corleone Senior and Jor-El...

Dottie I SO needed to read this review and theese comments at this moment. We recently viewed the entire trilogy and it was the first time either of us had seen the third film. Your last remark here fits so well. Keep up the good work, Manny. And my vote is in -- for certain!

Félix Very well done, Emmanuele.

Ian "Marvin" Graye Ah, Emmannuelle, I have watched all of your films with one hand on the remote.

That's the French Emmanuelle. I know, people often get us mixed up.
