Well, I haven't yet so hopefully you won't either.
I also did not find this book offensive, and I was starting to worry that (despite my degree in clinical psychology) I'm just so insensitive that I didn't see it XD
I also agree with you on the whole lawyer scene... if it were THAT easy, I feel bad for my law school friends, wasting their years when they could just read law papers from the internet!
