This book is required reading for my intro to ethics class. I’m hoping it’s good.
I have been a vegetarian for at least two years before reading this book. However, I was amazed by the number of hard facts and policy side of the slaughterhouse that contained in this book. Recommended for anyone who wants to see the helicopter view of how we eat meats, and the amount of suffering and environmental damages were caused to produce it.
