message 7: by Your Least (new)

Your Least Favorite Reader I've never read this book, but seeing this made me curious to know what happened. I must say how ill it made me feel to see all of the people defending her actions and victim blaming in the reviews.

message 8: by Samantha (new)

Samantha in this entire series, the second books is the one I really loved and it's the first one I read and I'm happy I did because if I had started out with this one, I would've never read the rest of the books

message 9: by mar (new)

mar the set up was so good. i loved daphne and the duke at first and i actually thought it was going to be the first 'fake lovers to actual lovers' romance i'd like but it turned out to be... just plain awful

message 10: by Levie (new)

Levie Stay away from Johanna Lindsay books at all costs. She tries to sell falling in love with your rapist as romantic in nearly every book.

❤BennettRyan4Ever This books ending was completely inappropriate but the others are soo much better. You should consider her other books, they are much better

message 12: by Passi (new)

Passi Nope the Netflix adaptation is still the same thing
