I keep returning to this summary after finishing a section to do a review and order my thoughts. What an excellent resource. Thank you so much for the time you took to put this together.

Simply amazing review. I was getting bogged down reading this book but this inspired me to pick it up again.

One glaring omission from MacIntyre's work is a discussion of Hegel--who had his own criticisms of Kantian morals and emphasized the imporance of Sittlichkeit and the social dimension of morality in exactly the way MacIntyre has. Also, Kant's idea of a duty to oneself gets short shrift.
Thanks again, David.
