Jim Anyone who ever raised a few kids knows they're not blank slates. Their reactions, way they learn & behave vary greatly from the moment they're born. There are some genetic predispositions built-in. No scientist says differently, do they?

Kids are highly malleable, but are more influenced by what they see around them rather than what we try to stuff down their throats. IOW, what you tell them doesn't mean nearly as much as how you act, handle situations & such on a daily basis. They often want to imitate what they see - or do just the opposite. The latter doesn't always work out so well for them.
