Wow I rarely see one stars for you, this must have been terrible lol.
It was laughable. I kept rolling my eyes at just about every page. It almost makes you realize that if this story were to be written in regular prose, it would reek of corniness, mushiness, and cliché. That being said, my daughter already is on a waiting list for SRSLY Hamlet, so like a sucker I'll be reading that too.
Yeah, Carmen. It's very much geared for kids nowadays that are into all the texting, hashtags, etc. The bad thing with it is that when you break it down this way, the story really sucks.
LOL I don't know why I found it so funny, but I did. :) I'm not sure I'll like Hamlet as much, though.
It didn't work as much for Hamlet because that's more of a somber tragedy, where as YOLO is teenage angst tragedy. The format works better. I can see why you found it funny. There were some parts you can't help but laugh.
